Britt’s name is familiar to many in Santa Fe, particularly throughout the community of Las Campanas. Britts diverse tenure spans over 17 years in the real estate industry, specializing in residential real estate acquisition including unique luxury real estate and golf course communities. Britt attributes her work ethic and creative ability to achieve results for her clients to her years fishing under extreme conditions where critical thinking and creating solutions were essential for success and survival.
Britt was born in Fairbanks, Alaska and raised commercial fishing on Kodiak Island. She pursued a nursing degree at Western Washington University and lived in Seattle, San Francisco, and Scottsdale prior to proudly calling Santa Fe home in 2011.
Britt believes in protecting and supporting local communities and making a difference in her backyard. Appointed in 2004 by the current Mayor of Phoenix, Britt served on the Camelback Village Planning/ Zoning Committee where she provided guidance on the best use for property. Locally, Britt strives to generate exposure for her listings in Santa Fe through creative marketing outreach campaigns and real estate/philanthropic-inspired events.
Dedicated to the community of Santa Fe, Britt currently serves as a Board member for the Las Campanas Compadres and has served as the Public Policy Committee Co-Chairman for the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce, Board of Director for the First Tee of Santa Fe, and the Lensic Center for the Performing Arts Event Committee.
Britt subscribes to a work hard/play hard philosophy. Having rafted the Grand Canyon as a river guide (swamper), Britt is also a former member of the Arizona Golf Association who assisted with Pro-Am tournaments. She further is a competitive USTA tennis player, skier, and hiker throughout the Southwest and Pueblo ruins and has equestrian showing experience.
