Dear Las Campanas Owner On behalf of Las Campanas Owners Association Board of Directors and staff, we are pleased to welcome you to the neighborhood!
Your Owners Association Management Office is located at 366 Las Campanas Drive and is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Please feel free to stop by. Staff will be happy to show you around the facility and help you find the information you need to get settled.
This Welcome Packet includes helpful information. If there is anything else you need, please don’t hesitate to ask. We urge you to complete and return the Emergency Information, Pet Information, and Owners Directory Forms as soon as possible. This information is maintained by Security in the event of an emergency.

Enclosed is the Las Campanas Community Newsletter. Archived copies can be found on the LCOA website at www.lascampanasowners.com. In addition, the Owners Association also sends out email blasts periodically. If you would like to receive these communications, please provide us with your email address.
The Club at Las Campanas is a private club under independent management. Please contact the Director of Membership Development at (505) 995-3544 for membership inquiries.
The LCOA Board meets quarterly on the last Wednesday of the month (January, April, July and October). All owners are welcome to attend the open portion of the meeting and we encourage you to do so. It is a good way to learn about Las Campanas and to meet some of your neighbors. In addition, various other meetings and community events are scheduled throughout the year.
